Frontier on African Soil
We’ve had a busy couple of weeks meeting up with our African upstream industry network in both Angola and Egypt. Pre-Africa Energies Summit, it’s been a great opportunity to catch up with those who are leading the development of Africa’s upstream activity and get the vital conversations started before we all meet again in London this May, for the 8th Edition of our industry-leading Summit.
The Inaugural Explore Angola Forum
Angola is entering a new era for oil production, and the opportunities and challenges are in full view. It was therefore absolutely our duty to create and welcome industry leaders including Shell, Woodside Energy, ExxonMobil, Chevron, Azule Energy, TotalEnergies and Sonangol to the inaugural Explore Angola Forum, followed by our exclusive Sub-Saharan Africa Members' Reception.
The outstanding industry support Frontier receives says so much about what we do, and our sincere thanks go to Frontier Corporate Patron 2025, Viridien, Forum Strategic Partner, ANPG Angola, and Forum Industry Sponsors Equinor and SLB for their assistance in making this event such a success and the first of many.
Another Fabulous Evening - North Africa and East Mediterranean Exclusive Members’ Reception
Designed to build connections, strengthen friendships, and unlock new possibilities amongst our Membership, our Members’ Receptions are perennially popular. And what a fantastic night in Cairo earlier this week, as we welcomed over 90 members and special guests to join us for great food, drink and conversation.
As ever, our Corporate Patron, Viridien played an important role in the evening – even more so as we premiered “The Viridien” cocktail!
